INTERMEDIATE
Shoulder & Elbow Orthobiologic Injection Technique
This course is for physicians who have a basic understanding of injecting under image guidance and are ready to become proficient in intra-articular and various structures of the shoulder (rotator cuff, biceps tendon AC joint, etc.) and elbow (joints, epicondyles and triceps tendon). This lab includes an extensive diagnostic ultrasound component and image-guided injections.
INTERMEDIATE
Hip & Knee Orthobiologic Injection Technique
This course is for physicians who have a basic understanding of injecting under image guidance and are ready to become proficient in intra-articular and various structures of the hip (intraarticular, tendons, capsule) and knee (intraarticular, tendons, PF joint). This lab includes an extensive diagnostic ultrasound component and image-guided injections.

Wrist, Hand, Ankle & Foot Orthobiologic
Injection Technique
This course is designed for physicians wanting to enhance skills in small joint injections and covers diagnostic ultrasound of these joints. Injections covered include carpal/metacarpals, wrist intraarticular, finger joints, ankle TT, subtalar, high ankle, CC, Achilles tendon and plantar fascia.

Extremity Express Super Course
IOF is providing a new and improved unique opportunity to gain a full intermediate-level training experience in just two full days! New to the IOF curriculum is a technology called the “NeedleTrainer” which allows attendees to validate their skills on a live patient-model more efficiently than its historic “cadaver only” training labs.
INTERMEDIATE
Spine Orthobiologic Injection Technique
This diagnostic ultrasound and hands-on image guided spinal injection skills course provides a comprehensive review and injection technique practiced under the direct supervision. Spinal ligaments, facets, multifidi and epidurals are covered in this course.
BMA/Adipose Harvesting Techniques
This course is designed specifically for physicians who have a basic understanding of orthobiologics and image guidance and want a foundation on which to grow their knowledge and skills in harvesting both bone marrow aspirate and adipose for biologic injection methods.
ADVANCED
Shoulder & Elbow Orthobiologic Injection
Technique*
This course builds on the intermediate injections (a prerequisite) and covers complex structures of the shoulder and elbow including shoulder ligaments, interscalene, intraosseous, distal biceps insertion, and elbow ligaments.

This course builds on the intermediate injections (a pre-requisite) and covers complex structures of the hip and knee including femoral nerve block, lateral hip and flexor tendons, knee ligaments, meniscus and bone augmentation.

Injection Technique*
This course builds on the intermediate injections (a pre-requisite) and covers complex structures of the small joints including wrist ligaments and nerve blocks, TFCC complex, ankle tendons and ligaments, tibial nerve hydrodissection, plantar plate, sesamoid and talar/ calcaneal bone augmentation.
ADVANCED
Spine Intradiscal, Facets, Spinal Ligaments Orthobiologic Injection Technique*
This one-day course is designed for physicians who have advanced training and skills in spinal injections. Intradiscal, Facets, SI Joint/Ligaments, Multifidus, Supraspinous/Interspinous Ligaments, Iliolumbar Ligaments and Epidurals under ultrasound and fluoroscopy will be covered.
IOF EXPERT SERIES
Intraosseous Injections of the Lower Extremity*
This expert-level course is for physicians interested in learning subchondral and intraosseous injections of the hip, knee, ankle and foot. The interventional techniques will be taught on cadavers and practiced under direct instructor supervision.
*Pre-requisite course(s) are required.
IOF course attendees must be an MD/DO with a MSK specialty and have ultrasound training. IOF courses have a minimum and a maximum number of attendees. Courses are subject to change.
