Categories & Dues
Fellow Member
Annual Membership: $500
Fellow Members are physicians (MD, DO, DPM), or scientists (PhD) who have made extraordinary contributions to orthobiologic medicine. Members may apply for Fellow status provided they have been a member of IOF for at least one year.
Active Member
Annual Membership: $400
Active Members are physicians (MD, DO, DPM) whose practice is dedicated to orthobiologic medicine.
Associate Member
Annual Membership: $300
Associate Members are non-physicians or retired physicians (MD, DO, DPM), and include PhD, DC, PA-C, ND, NP, PT who are actively interested in orthobiologic medicine.
Fellow-in-Training Member
Annual Membership: $100
Fellow-In-Training Members are graduates of MD/DO Residency Programs who are in the process of completing a Fellowship Program. FIT membership is limited to 1 year.
Medical Student / Resident Member
Annual Membership: FREE
Medical Student Members (capitalize members) are enrolled in or graduates of MD/DO Medical Schools who are in the process of completing graduate medical education programs through internship and residency.

Membership Renewal
Membership Term & Renewal
Your IOF membership is valid for 12 months from your application date and will automatically renew for successive 12-month terms at the then-current annual rate, unless you or IOF cancel it prior to the renewal date. You may cancel at any time by contacting us at [email/URL/phone].
Access & Deactivation
If you cancel your membership or if your renewal payment fails, all member benefits—including access to members-only content such as course didactic videos and exclusive registration—will be deactivated immediately.
How Long Before I Receive My Member Benefits?
Are Member Dues Tax Deductable?
IOF dues are not deductible as a charitable contribution for federal income tax purposes, but may be partially deductible as a business expense.
