Keeping course attendees and instructors safe is our top priority. After hearing from IOF members that they feel it is important to resume in-person courses to continue their orthobiologics training, we are excited to get back in the lab!

View our upcoming course schedule

As we begin to gather in-person again, we are monitoring expert guidance from the CDC and state public health officials to implement new safety procedures designed to mitigate the risk of COVID-19 exposure. While our courses might look a little bit different right now, you can rest assured that we are doing all that we can to keep you safe while providing the premier orthobiologics training available.

Here is how IOF is keeping you safe at in-person courses:

Mask and PPE required for entry

All course attendees will be required to wear a mask for the duration of every training. If you forget your mask, just let us know– we will have extras on hand for you!

COVID-19 screening and temperature check

When you arrive on-site for the course, we will ask you to complete a COVID-19 screening questionnaire with common questions about potential exposure and symptoms. Before you enter the training, a member of our team will take your temperature. Any attendees with temperature above the normal range will not be able to enter the lab.

Small training size

IOF will be adhering to city and state guidelines regarding the permissible size of gatherings in the areas where we host our trainings. We are intentionally limiting the number of attendees to ensure social distancing is possible and mitigate risk.

Socially distanced format when possible

Social distancing will be required whenever possible during the training. While some demonstrations and portions of the training may require close proximity to instructors, we will encourage attendees to socially distance at all other points.

Enhanced cleaning and vendor screening

In order to keep our lab as clean as possible, IOF is implementing additional cleaning and sanitization procedures. We are also screening all vendors prior to entry.
